Overview
Tournaments are a competitive gamemode where players clear rotating stages to earn points on a leaderboard, competing within randomly assigned brackets. Performing well rewards players with Crowns, a currency exclusive to the Tournament Shop, as well as exclusive units and skins.
Tournaments reset weekly. Upon reset, all leaderboard standings are wiped and players are randomly reassigned into brackets; pools of players whose standings are tracked together, independent of other brackets. Stages feature Stage Effects, such as Enemy Resistances and Game Modifiers that work in tandem to push difficulty well beyond that of a standard stage. Performance is measured through specific scoring conditions, such as damage dealt or enemies killed, which accumulate into a player's total leaderboard points. Tournaments are available in two formats: Solo, where players compete individually, and Duo, where players compete in pairs.
